Sarah Lindsey, LMFT
Sarah has been practicing marriage and family therapy since 2016. She has a warm and direct approach to helping you explore your patterns and create a deeper connection with yourself and others. Sarah has a special interest in working with people who struggle with mental health concerns that accompany autoimmune disease, chronic illness, and other health challenges. Sarah also enjoys working with gifted and highly sensitive people and those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, spiritual exploration, and other life transitions. She works from a trauma-informed perspective and will help you to improve your relationship with all parts of yourself. Sarah loves working with people from all cultural backgrounds and is curious to understand and empower your cultural experience. Sarah welcomes members of the LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent folks, non-monogamous folks/relationships and anyone who has questions or concerns around sexuality and intimate relationships.
Personally, Sarah is in an inter-cultural marriage and has two young children. She is passionate about understanding the mind-body connection and loves to integrate mindfulness into her work with clients to bring about deep healing and lasting change for the whole person.
