We are an out-of network provider and accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. We encourage clients who are interested in using out-of-network benefits to contact their insurance about out-of-network coverage. If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
